Based in Washington Ga, CSRA Private Duty has been providing home care with honesty and integrity since Jan 1, 1996. We are licensed by the Georgia Department of Human Resources as a "Private Home Care Provider" and certified as a provider of the Community Care Services Program (CCSP) and the SOURCE (Service Options Using Resources in Community Environments) Program. Our agency specializes in both skilled and non-skilled services. Our staff is available to serve our clients on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis, depending upon each client's specific need.

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are truly tailored to meet your home care needs. We are committed to providing quality services and strive to improve the clients ability to function independently. CSRA Private Duty pledges to provide a comprehensive health care service while maintaining a high standard of care. It is our goal to make it easier for our clients to remain in their home and to prevent or delay nursing home placement.

Services

Adult Day Health Center

The CSRA Private Duty Adult Day Health Center provides supportive services for adults with functional impairments in a safe and secure environment. Adult Day Care is designed for individuals who do not require 24-hour institutional care, but are not capable of full-time independent living due to a physical or mental disability. Adult Day Health Centers help alleviate both the physical and emotional stress felt by many family members who care for a loved one on a day-to-day basis. Our center offers medical monitoring, personal care services, therapeutic activities, and nutritious meals Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clients may qualify for funding through Medicaid's Community Care Services Program and SOURCE Program. Services are also available on a Private Pay basis and are covered by some Long Term Care Insurance policies. At CSRA Private Duty, our direct care staff is carefully screened and trained to ensure that the services provided are of the highest quality. All employees are CPR and First Aid certified and participate in monthly training and educational programs.
